Stage Managers are responsible for coordinating theatrical productions and working alongside directors to ensure successful productions. They coordinate every aspect of the production from the initial rehearsals to the final performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Informing the cast and crew of any changes of stage details.
  • Directing individuals behind the curtain during all performances.
  • Explaining the prop needs to the craftsmen .
  • Collaborate with the director and crew through the entire process to ensure success of the production.


  • Bachelor’s degree in drama or another relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Stage Manager.
