Duties and Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and assess our company policies, procedure, operations, resource management, and employee workflows.
- Recommend solutions to problems or areas of improvement that will improve efficiency and maximise productivity.
- Document finding and generate reports of recommendations.
- Work with managers and employees during the development and implementation of new procedures.
- Evaluate and determine the effectiveness of the new operational processes and ensure they maintain quality standards and comply with all industry regulatory standards and requirements.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, Master’s is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an operational Analyst.
