Duties and Responsibilities
- Motivate actors and actresses to do their best possible performances.
- Read and enhance scripts.

- Develop a narrative style by interpreting scripts and understanding the story line.
- Oversee rehearsals and recommend improvements.
- Identify optimal set locations.
- Work within the budget and production schedule.
- Coordinate camera crew, art directors, costume designers, and musical composers.
- Work with film editors to create the final version of the film.
- Assist with promotion and marketing of the film prior to its release.
- Bachelor’s in film studies or similar field is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience directing films.
