- Conduct routine department evaluations and determine their efficiency and effectiveness and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Regularly assess the needs of the student body and take steps to ensure those needs are met.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, education science or administration, or another relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Dean of Students or a similar role.
