We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst who will be responsible for understanding the needs of the organization. The candidate for this role will be creating and implementing systems for maximum efficiency. Duties & Responsibilities
- Research and create most efficient systems for organization’s needs.
- Analyze existing systems, monitor technology trends and propose potential upgrades as needed.
- Develop project plans, coordinate contractors for project(s), and supervise the implementation of these projects - i.e. system upgrades and installations.
- Maintain a feedback loop with system users to find solutions for their IT needs.
- Provide any relevant technical training to staff.
- Ensure all systems are integrated to meet the needs of all teams within the organization.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Project management experience.
- Advanced analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Good understanding of business structures and practices.
- Experience working with databases and systems security.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
