Apprentice

May 1st, 2013

Dear Mr. Johnson —

I have always wanted to learn more about electrical work. I started my career young, learning the basics. Through the years I recognized that those who received an apprenticeship were able to go much further than I could imagine. That's why I'm wanting to educate myself further through real experiences.

That's why I hope to:
Learn more about commercial electrical work.
Learn how to be an on-site foreman.
Learn how to properly manage a team of electricians and talk to construction managers.

I look forward to interviewing with you. If there is any information that you'd like to see that I didn't include in my application, please feel free to contact me and I will return that to you as soon as possible. If you'd like to see a portfolio of my prior work examples, I would be happy to supply that. In addition, if there are letters of recommendation that you'd like to see which I did not include, please request them and I can supply more than five.

Sincerely,
Luke Beld
