Assistant Property Manager

May 1st, 2013

Dear Mr. Johnson —

The act of Property Management is more than cashing rent checks. It is about ensuring the quality, the habitability, and the general care of properties. In addition to this, ensuring that new tenants are occupying those properties. And that can be cumbersome for a Property Manager.

That's why as an Assistant Property Manager I have been able to previously:
Help a Property Manager lease more than 100 units.
Ensure that all leased units had the proper paperwork and lease agreements in place.
Scheduled showings and assisted in all administrative duties of the Property Manager.
Met with all Property Managers on a regular basis to learn more about the administrative tasks that needed to be addressed.

I look forward to interviewing with you. If there is any information that you'd like to see that I didn't include in my application, please feel free to contact me and I will return that to you as soon as possible. If you'd like to see a portfolio of my prior work examples, I would be happy to supply that. In addition, if there are letters of recommendation that you'd like to see which I did not include, please request them and I can supply more than five.

Sincerely,
Luke Beld
