Dear Mr. Johnson —

I'm seeking the ability to become a partner within a Dentistry practice. As a Dentist, I passed the Illinois State Dentistry Exam in the top 80th percentile. As a Dentist, I know that instead of starting my own practice, I would like to be part of a group of Dentists who have a better understanding of great patient care.

That's why as an Associate Dentist I have been able to previously:
Practiced more than 500 procedures as part of another dental practice.
Booked over 600 customers as part of the previous practice.
Overlooked billing, patient interactions, and scheduled cleanings to ensure patients were cared for.
Directed all dental hygienists on general practices and ensured quality care was in place.

I look forward to interviewing with you. If there is any information that you'd like to see that I didn't include in my application, please feel free to contact me and I will return that to you as soon as possible. If you'd like to see a portfolio of my prior work examples, I would be happy to supply that. In addition, if there are letters of recommendation that you'd like to see which I did not include, please request them and I can supply more than five.
