We are looking to hire passionate agronomists to manage nutrient distribution amongst crops and set budgets for facility operations. Agronomists are also required to conduct product testing and negotiate contracts with insurance companies on behalf of the agricultural facility. Outstanding candidates will mostly work outdoors on farms or similar locations. They must carry out their testing and management duties professionally and with a high degree of accuracy. Agronomists must also have a firm grasp of finance, budgeting, and conventional agricultural techniques and practices.
