Bar Manager Duties & Responsibilities

- Demonstrates the ability to lead teams and ensure staff morale is high.
- Knowledgeable in all products that are being offered by the establishment.
- Ability to coach and develop all staff including bartenders, hostesses, and waiters.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
