- Review all the branding of marketing initiatives by the marketing department. Ensure communication, copywriting, design, and other aspects of the art direction align with the brand and company.
- Review and propose a social media strategy to align with our core customer, general marketing strategy, and brand awareness goals.
- Manage our global brand and comprehend how geographical trends alter the way we communicate.
- Practice general brand management in our marketing department. Work closely with a social media manager, assistant brand manager, associate brand manager, junior brand manager, and senior brand manager to deliver results.
- Guide the creative department. Including art directors, creative directors, graphic designers, and more. Assist with creative work critique. And provide feedback on work in progress.
- Learn about brand awareness objectives from the executive team. And determine the appropriate brand awareness and marketing plans.
- Provide the executive staff with measurable insights about the brand. And provide actionable steps to improve brand presence.
- Be a multidisciplinary team leader who can assist other departments with strategy, insights, and how to position their work.
Brand Manager Requirements
Qualified candidates should have the following:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design.
- Previous experience in a brand manager role preferred.
- Experience managing social media channels.
- Experience managing large scale marketing campaigns.
- A high degree of communication skills and creativity.
- Portfolio of previous marketing work is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with multiple teams, and act on insights.
- Creative thinking individual who can think quantitatively and qualitatively.
