A park ranger is responsible for conservation and protection efforts in forests, woodlands, and conservatories. They protect the ecosystem, wildlife, and natural resources of national parks, as well as the people who visit.

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Park Ranger to help us conserve and protect our national parks. The successful candidate will be responsible for patrolling campgrounds and trails and ensuring the safety of all park visitors.

You will also enforce park rules and safety protocols, conduct tours, and participate in any search and rescue missions as needed. Your main responsibility is to protect the natural environment while simultaneously educating the public on the importance of conservation.

Park Ranger Salary

The average salary for a park ranger is roughly $40,000 per year. This scale slides as low as $26,000 in rare cases but can also easily rise to $61,000 a year for more experienced rangers. This salary may also change depending on a specialization or additional training within the field.
