Qualified candidates should have the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in business administration - MBA preferred.
  • Certified Management Consultant certification (CMC).
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a related field such as sales or management.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive team player mentality.
  • Well-developed managerial and analytical skills to aid in implementing effective company strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Deep knowledge of potential clients, existing consumer requirements, and other important trends.
  • Capable of remaining motivated and motivating other members of the team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical analysis skills.
