  • Determine how effective new processes are in practical environments.

  • Ensure all regulatory standards are met.

Operation Analyst Requirements

Qualified candidates should have the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Operations Analyst role or in a similar or related position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experienced in using database and statistical software platforms.
  • Project management and consulting skills are a must.
  • Strongly developed problem-solving and analytical skills required.
  • Well-developed and reliable time-management and multitasking skills.
