Qualified candidates should have the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in business administration - MBA preferred.
- Certified Management Consultant certification (CMC).
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a related field such as sales or management.
- Strong collaboration skills and a positive team player mentality.
- Well-developed managerial and analytical skills to aid in implementing effective company strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Deep knowledge of potential clients, existing consumer requirements, and other important trends.
- Capable of remaining motivated and motivating other members of the team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical analysis skills.
