We are seeking CNA's who have a passion for patient care. CNA's are some of the most important staff members on our team. They help to provide excellent customer and patient care while playing an integral role for our doctors and physicians. They help with a variety of regular day-to-day tasks that ensure a comfortable stay for all of our patients. This includes the grooming, basic hygiene, and care that is for those who are currently disabled or those who are suffering from an injury.
The national average salary is provided by The Bureau of Labor, which is a division of the U.S. Department of Labor. In 2018, the median pay for a CNA position in the U.S. was $28,530 annually. There are roughly 1,564,200 CNA positions available in the U.S. But it is projected to have a 9% increase in open jobs within the 2018-2028 range. That’s roughly a 137,800 increase in available jobs in the next 10 years.
CNA Job Description For Resume

- Help to self-administer medication to patients and record doses.
- Assist the residents in their daily activities as defined by hospital guidance.
- Remain alert to physical and emotional needs of the patients.
- Assess patients and record any decline of condition, signs of change to the condition and more.
- Ensure daily hygiene and activity for the patients including the changing of clothes, bed pan, and more.
- Play an integral role in the comfort of our in-house patients.
- Assist patients with general needs such as hygeine and food.
- Be an integral part of helping patients.
- Check vital signs of all bedridden patients.
- Be a proactive part of the healthcare facility.
- Operate all medical equipment to specification.
- Change a bedpan when full.
- Transport patients when necessary.
- Assist with all daily living and activities.
- CNA State License and CNA certification required.
- Must have completed a CNA program and be either a nurse practitioner, nursing aide, charge nurse, practical nurse, licensed vocational nurse, registered nurse, nurse aide, licensed practical nurse, medical assistant, or certified nurse.
- High school diploma.
- First Aid License.
- CPR Certification.
- 1-3 years previous job experience as a CNA preferred.
- Previous nursing home experience or CNA training preferred.
- Ability to have flexible hours.
- Ability to show compassion.
- Ability to enforce state regulations.
